Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing them with detailed information about our training programs, course offerings, and admission requirements.
Consultative Approach
Utilize a consultative approach to understand each prospective student's goals, background, and career aspirations. Tailor your communication to address their specific needs and concerns.
Admission Process
Guide students through the enrollment process, including assisting with application forms, gathering required documents, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Relationship Building
Build rapport with prospective students through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
Information Sessions
Conduct informative presentations and information sessions to provide a comprehensive overview of our training programs, curriculum, and the benefits of joining our institute.
Needs Assessment
Listen actively to students' questions, concerns, and goals to assess whether our training programs align with their expectations and needs.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the admissions team, program coordinators, and instructors to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status using CRM tools or other designated systems.
Feedback Collection
Gather feedback from prospective students to identify areas for improvement in our enrollment processes and ensure an exceptional student experience.

We are in search of a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Program Administrator to join our team at the Minnesota Institute of Professional Services. As a Program Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of our training programs. Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development
Lead the design and development of online course curricula, ensuring alignment with educational goals and objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
Team Management
Supervise a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Assign tasks, set priorities, and foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Project Planning and Execution
Develop and maintain project plans for online course development, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality courses.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, e-Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Administrator, preferably in online curriculum development or eLearning projects.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, online learning methodologies, and learning management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and collaboration.
